1. We had the great pleasure of working with Liz Lindsay to find our forever home. She had sold my parents’ home in record time so when we decided to move from Orange County she was our choice to help us find our new home. The process was wonderful even though our dream home was in escrow but it gave us a starting point as to what we were looking for in a home. 3. In December 2020 I made a decision to sell my home in Palm Desert and buy a new home in a 55+ community close to where my son and grandchildren reside out of state. I immediately called on Liz Lindsay to be my realtor for the selling side of this rather challenging project. We have talked about the market conditions in Palm Desert off and on for a couple of years. I knew Liz was as familiar as anyone on the area .

I listed the house with Liz and she held an open house the second week of the listing and two days later we had an offer which was barely under asking price. The sale was complex on the buyer and seller side. I needed to satisfy what a needed in the way of a new home and the buyer who complicated the sale with a plan of two mortgages . On my end the transaction needed to close prior to the end of January. I was extremely concerned about all this and could have been in a situation whereby the purchase of the new home could have fallen through due to a stubborn seller who would not budge on the closing date and a buyer who needed to satisfy my demand or face a notice to perform or lose his deposit with the sale possibly terminating. Without Liz answering my constant phone calls and need to know everything on demand this deal would have never closed . With her professionalism and expertise and patience it did get closed. I am now in the new home , the buyer is happy and all is well that ends well! She 's the best!

5. When I was referred to Liz Lindsay I was hoping she would be everything I was looking for in a real estate agent. And she was. I was moving from Los Angeles to the desert and really needed help as far as where to buy.

Liz is reliable, honest and always responds immediately to a phone call , email or text. Which means a great deal to me.
